It's time again for a GMM!

We would like to see a lot of members joining, from new members to ESAC veterans. At an ALV, we discuss important matters within the association that you as a member have an interest in and can influence. If you are interested in how these things take place, be sure to come along!

TIME

- 17:30-19:00 have dinner together (make sure to sign up)

• Since it is rather early, we ask people who sign up for the food to make a choice in advance, so we can order it in advance so it will be ready on time. Really try to be there at 6 pm! Please fill in your choice in this form
  

- 19:00-23:15 ALV

LOCATIE: The trafalgar pub (Dommelstraat 21, 5611 CJ Eindhoven)

At the GMM we will discuss the semi-annual settlement, equipment purchases and review of the policy plan. One of the main topics of the evening will be about the expansion of the ESAC's training hours in Neoliet south. 

The documents for the GMM will be published on drive at least 10 days before the GMM. If there are textual errors in the minutes, please report this by mail to secretaris@esac.nl. And the GMM will be of course in English!
