General information

The long-awaited gala party is finally here! You can join for a fancy 3 course dinner at Thym Eindhoven beforehand. After that we move to Stadspaviljoen Eindhoven for the biggest ESAC party since the last five years! And everything will be gala-themed of course.

  • Optional dinner starts at 17:30  for € 35,- excluding drinks. There will be room for max. 50 people.
  • The dinner will consist of 3 courses, with vegetarian and vegan options.
  • The party will cost €28,50 with UNLIMITED DRINKS for the first three hours included!
  • The party itself starts at 20:00, with room for max. 100 people.
  • And of course the obvious dress code: formal, gala themed.
  • You will need a valid CoronaCheck QR code to join.

The first week only ESAC members can sign up. After that you can also sign up your plus one. More info will be available soon!
