Dear Climbers,
This year too, the ESAC will leave for the Alps as a climbing collective. There we will settle on camping Trafoi, Südtirol, Italië. This is where the 2021 EBI takes place from July 24 to August 1.
- What is the EBI?
The ESAC Base Camp Idea (EBI) is a place where ESAC people gather in the summer to go climbing, hiking, sunbathing, etc ... Nothing more and nothing less. Furthermore, it is also closed with an impressive barbecue.
There is no guidance available and members are therefore dependent on their own skills. That is why it is wise to make plans in advance!
Furthermore there will be a trip book where everybody writes down their plans for the day. In this book you will also be able to share your stories about the awesome adventures you had at the EBI.
- Where can I sleep then?
On camping Trafoi we have our own place on the campsite where everybody can pitch their tent. camping-trafoi.com
- How much does that cost me?
The costs per night will follow on a later date. Every person will have to register at the campsite individually.
- Do I have to register?
Yes. Because of Corona there is a maximum of 30 people allowed to be present at EBI.
