Beez is the second largest climbing area in Belgium, with grades accecible to everyone. It is part of a dolomite massif that stretches for kilometers along the Meuse River, near Namur, and is defined by relatively athletic routes.
The area is also entrenched in history, since we owe its existence to King Albert I, who preferred being a climber to being a king and seized every opportunity to escape royal duties and enjoy rock climbing. Before it was opened to the public, it used to be a completely militarized zone.
This is an introweekend, so introkiddos will have priority
Keep in mind that for joining this weekend as an independent, your single pitch license is required.
Also keep in mind that this is a weekend in Belgium thus a klimjaarkaart is required to climb.
