On the 24th of October starting at 2100 we are going to train our arm and finger muscles, instructions:
Get your hands on a big glass of special beer at the Bierprofessor
hold your glass real tight (practice that grip!)
now lift the glass and bend your elbow, moving your glass towards your face
take a sip to prevent dehydration
relax and stretch the elbow
(now for the less advanced it is possible to let your glass rest on the table for a bit)
repeat the movement
