This year, the ESAC will settle in Argentière, Chamonix Valley for EBI 2024!! EBI will take place in the period of July 15-21 at the Camping du Glacier d'Argentière. Please refer to the presentation slides for more information.
The AlpCie has reserved spots at the camping for those who have subscribed earlier. Now, agenda item subscriptions are also open to those who have made their own reservation! Note: this is just to indicate you're also going to the camping – you are not bound to anything by subscribing anymore.
If you would like to join EBI but have not reserved a spot yet, you might still be able to join by contacting the camping (see link above). Please note that it is possible you will not be placed together with other ESAC'ers.
In case you're joining EBI, make sure to carefully read the participation guidelines!! Also, the campsite is not exceptionally big. Please respect the other users at all times, and do not make noise after 22:00. You may be asked to leave in case of nuisance complaints.
