Now that the last climbing weekend of the year has passed, it's time for a two-day walk again.. On the 10th and 11th of November, the WACO therefore organises a beautiful walk through the nature around Nijmegen.
As you might know, the 9th of November, the USAC dies takes place (info and tickets, click here) and to make sure that you got over your hangover , we gather at 15:00 on saturday at Eindhoven Central in the station hall on the city centre side. That day, we'll walk around 10km before we'll go camping in the garden of Bartho. The second day, we we'll walk around 20km after a nice breakfast. We'll end in Nijmegen Central where we can drink and eat something together before we travel back to Eindhoven. We expect that we will be back around 20:00 in Eindhoven.
For about €7,50 we will provide dinner on the first day and breakfast and lunch on the second day! You have to take your lunch and breakfast for the first day with you. The bought food will be devided between the participants.
You will be expected to bring your own camping items for this, like a tent, sleeping mat and a sleeping bag. Also, don't forget to take a good, quite big backpack (40-60L) with you! Furthermore, in the subscription form you can enter whether you have a tent. A hammock is nice to take with you as well.
Subscribe here, so we know how much food we have to buy. You can subscribe until tuesday the 6th of November. If the weather is really bad, it's possible that the WACO decides to cancel the hike in consultation with the participants.
