We can climb again !!

The ESSF and SSC have given us permission to climb on the boulderburght. We have, however, drawn up a number of rules that must be followed at all times. You can find them here, make sure you read them well.

We have two time slots for which you can register:

18.30-20.00

20.30-22.00

This is how you can register:

Register together with your climbing partner! Both of you have to register!

• A maximum of 12 people can climb per time slot.
• registrations come online about a week in advance.
• Registration deadlines
  • Climbing on Monday: Deadline on the Friday before 6:00 PM
  • Climbing on Wednesday: Deadline on Monday before 6:00 PM
• At the latest 1 day in advance you will receive a message confirming via Mail whether you can climb and which timeslot. You CANNOT come if you haven't received this confirmation!!
• Signing up for every workout doesn't necessarily mean you can climb every time. We want to ensure that everyone has a chance to climb.
• Only register if you are sure you can come! - If you register but do not show up, other people cannot climb. That is not nice.

If you cannot come but subcribed, please let the board know even if you have received a confirmation.

If you can't find a climbing partner, ask in the ESAC United chat!

At the entrance you have to show your Neoliet card, with this year's ESAC sticker. (just like on Mondays) so bring this with you!
